Confidentiality:
During this study, information was collected about you for the purpose of this research; this includes demographic information and responses to surveys and questionnaires.
To minimize breach of confidentiality risk, the researcher is not asking for any personally identifiable information, nor will the researcher ask for participants to sign a consent form or participation. There is no traceable link between the participant and the survey to minimize confidentiality risk further, and no I.P. address tracking is used, thus safeguarding against computer identification or location.
Your data may be used for future research, reviewed, or distributed to another researcher without consent. However, information that could identify you will not be collected or shared. Your research records may be reviewed by federal agencies whose responsibility is to protect human subjects participating in research, including the Office of Human Research Protections (OHRP) and by representatives from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology Institutional Review Board, a committee overseeing research for the school.
